Chicken Chilaquiles
Five stars for The Select in Charleston! I came in for brunch and ordered the chicken chilaquiles---and wow, what a dish. Generous portions of tender, flavorful chicken layered with crispy tortillas and topped with just the right amount of spice and richness. The house-made hot sauce is a standout---perfectly balanced and added a delicious kick without overpowering the dish. I paired it with the carrot cake espresso martini (yes, it's as good as it sounds), and it was the ideal brunch cocktail: indulgent, creative, and not too sweet. From the service to the ambiance to every bite and sip, it was an absolutely delightful experience. Can't wait to come back.

Hot Blue Crab Dip
This is honestly the BEST crab dip I've ever had. I always pair it with a Caesar salad and a mojito! I think about that spread every single day!

Experience was very nice. Service and the atmosphere was great. Dip was recommended and it was awesome. Really enjoyed the vibe and the company. Server Ms Trudy was the absolute best. Defiently recommending to others and defiently will be coming back.
Burrata Beets & Pear
This delicious dish was the perfect blend of creamy, rich burrata cheese with sweet flavors of the pears and beets. It can pair well with any drink or dish and I can't wait to come back to get this dish again.
Miso Sea Bass
We have been to The Select multiple times now, and the food never disappoints. The Sea Bass is amazing while the lobster salad was also great. We tried the grilled octopus, beef tartar and ceviche on this trip. All very fresh and tasty. We will order all again. I should add the service was very good and extremely attentive.
Soft Shell-Crab

Burrata Beets & Pear
This salad is so unique as it hits so many different tones of flavor and the colors make it so vibrant
Sticky Toffee
Dates???? Can Dates really taste this good? It's unbelievable. There is a show on the Food Network channel called "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". This dessert is by far the best thing I ever ate. When you think of dessert, you more than likely think of a sweet treat. This dessert was a "treat" but is decadent without being overly sweet. The toffee sauce the crunch of the pecans... and the light and fluffy vanilla gelato. It was sooooo perfect. It was so perfect that you could eat 2 without feeling guilty because it's just that good!
Filet & Eggs
The filet mignon was seasoned to perfection, juicy, very delectable and succulent. The eggs were nice fluffy and seasoned well. As well as the fried potatoes everything was scrumptious. I will be back for dinner.
